Attention all felons...

You call the tune, bubba... don't start whinin' if you don't like the dance...

The Provocative Act doctrine does not require prosecutors to prove the accused intended to kill.

Instead, "they have to show that it was reasonably foreseeable that the criminal enterprise could trigger a fatal response from the homeowner."

Too bad all three thugs aren't dead but he did good by killing two out of three. Hopefully they can keep the third locked away until he's dead too.
