A video surfaced on 6ixCanada.TV showing a blue car doing donuts in the middle of a street while shooting off fireworks just after midnight in the Dixon Rd. and Carlingview Dr. area of Etobicoke.Just another inspirational tale from Toronto's storied "northwest" end.
Officers were called to the area after they received reports of 300 cars in the intersection.
“When you lock mans in for 2 months, they gonna inevitably act out,” wrote one person.
Police continue to investigate.
Curiously, no thousand dollar tickets...
...were handed out at this "cultural event"...
