Toronto Police say homicide investigators have been called in after a man was found dead after a fire in the laundry room of a building at 155 Balliol St., near Yonge St. and Davisville Ave. early Thursday.UPDATE:
Police say he had obvious signs of trauma and died at the scene.
The victim has been identified as Peter Elie, 52, of Toronto.UPDATE2:
Rico Harvey, 27, of no fixed address, is charged with second-degree murder in Elie’s death.
