Toronto police were out on ordinary patrol around 2:30 a.m. on Monday, when they found the man at a bus stop in front of the Reactivation Care Centre near Church and Jane streets. Police said it appears the body was dumped from a dark-coloured vehicle that then fled the area.
Deceased identified as Rohan Rose, 36Homicide #13.
