A man in his 20s is dead after a shooting in North York. Toronto police say he was shot near Dufferin Street and Lawrence Avenue just before midnight on Sunday. He was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries. He died Monday morning.**********

The victim, who has been identified by police as 22-year-old Said Ali of Toronto, had suffered a single gunshot wound. Police have not yet released any information on possible suspects.
