-- WEST VANCOUVER, B.C. -- Police in Metro Vancouver have seized another armoured car they say is linked to gangs.

West Vancouver Police say the seizure happened last Friday at a routine traffic stop when officers found a vehicle equipped with bullet resistant windows and ballistic armour.

Last month, Vancouver police said they had seized two armoured cars linked to gang activity as part of a crackdown that followed a string of fatal shootings.
