Two undercover police officers who were patrolling the city's downtown Thursday night were approached by a woman who, after a short conversation, is alleged to have offered to perform sexual duties in exchange for money.Looks like Belleville's getting some of that big city veneer after all.
As a result, 43-year-old Candy Decko has been charged with solicitation.
