The man killed was identified as Hollis Carter Jr., a 21-year-old. Hollis Carter was charged with the killing of Caleb Johnson, Bokio's son, last year. Caleb Johnson and his step-sister were both shot and killed last March near Cypress Run apartments in Algiers."
