Ontario’s highest court is sending a gunman back to trial after a judge’s shocking decision to acquit him of trying to kill a Peel Regional Police officer and wound his partner.
Peter Aiken fired at least five shots at the officers with an illegal semi-automatic Glock 22 pistol. Of course he was on probation and under a weapons prohibition at the time. --HAVE GUN WILL TRAVEL:
