One woman says he went after her too and yelled about Chinese people, Spanish people and white people before asking her if she wanted him to kill her.

Toronto's Special Investigations Unit (SIU) is investigating after a police-involved shooting left a knife-wielding man and two police officers in hospital after attempts to deescalate the situation failed.
The man taken to hospital is in serious condition, while the condition of the officers is unknown.
