"In September 2020, the RCMP arrested four men — Kamal Deep Bassan, of Vaughan; Ramindejit Assi, of Burlington; Derek Chi-Yeung Ng, of East Gwillimbury; and Parmjot Saini, of Woodbridge — alleging they were illegally growing cannabis and delivering it to buyers in the U.S. via helicopter."
