The National Emergency Strategic Stockpile is described on the federal government’s website as “a central depot in the National Capital Region” and “warehouses strategically located across Canada.”**********
Now that stockpile simply isn’t there and so far, the federal government has supplied Ontario with less material than they donated to China at the beginning of February.
