Cops have confirmed they've arrested Owen Anthony Smith, the man they allege fired a gun multiple times at a group of young men at a housing complex in the Lawrence and Dufferin area on March 14th.Well... at least he won't be too lonely... back at the Crowbar Motel.
The accused was out on bail at the time of the murder, after being charged in an assault on a police officer in 2007.
