Stand by for breaking news...

On fairies stealing babies and replacing them with changelings...

I mean, lemme see if I understand... what Don Peat of the Toronto Sun is saying here...

"A shotgun-shell firing revolver called The Judge "COULD BE" the next big, bad thing in Toronto's gangland arsenal."
Good lord, that sounds horrific... should we all be heading to our basement bomb shelters?

Well, apparently... not just yet.
"Canadian cops say they know about the gun but "THEY HAVEN'T SEEN IT" on the streets yet."
Damn... I bet Wendy Cukier was getting all hot and bothered.

Hey, Don... what about a five part series... on non-existent grenades, lasers, or hey... photon torpedoes?

'Cos we sure don't wanna let the facts get in the way of a good story, huh?

FROM THE COMMENTS:
"The Judge has been on the market in the US for about 4 years now. One of the American cops they quote in the article comments that they have NEVER seen reports of The Judge being used by gangsters."

"They like their gold plated Desert Eagles, and a revolver just ain't cool enough for a Crip, Blood or other such scumbag."

Think about this for a minute... it fires 410 shells. You can hit a partridge from 20 feet away with a 410 and not kill it.

This is right up there with the 'gold' desert eagle a few months ago.

No one in their right mind would use something like this for crime.

"paulm says... You can hit a partridge from 20 feet away..."

totally true... and totally beside the point.

not a single one of these has surfaced in canada... but here we have another scary inanimate object story.

how about you talk to me about the trigger-pullers.

that's the point.

Come now, Neo, you don't expect the media to look beyond the gun to the gun holder, do you? I mean, then they'd have to unpack the ungodly sociological mess in various minority communities in the GTA or talk about how the vast majority of gun crime in the news is directly related to gangs and drugs, usually both.

The moment that happens, the calls by the kooky Cukier crowd to remove gun privileges from the law-abiding fall flat.

I have seen a demo clip of this gun. I believe it shoots 12 guage and has a barrel clip similar to the old Tommy Gun of the old twenties ganster era.

I believe it was developed to give our soldiers some close up fire power that only shot gun blasts can do. It is largely a plastic (polymers) and stainless steel unit that requires little maintenance.

You would have to be the size of that fat pig Michael Moore to be able to conceal such a piece as this.

There is another very lethal weapon out there now. It is a Glock Machine pistol. A normal Glock with a couple of attachments turn it into a 'raging granny'. Unbelievable firepower with the 9mm format.

It's all on YouTube. Check it out.

And you don't need to be afraid. Just stay away from very bad people who already have the ability to harm you without the latest toys.

Don Peat: silly sod.
...And an actual fact-reporting journalist "could be the next big, bad thing" in Toronto's media arsenal.
Then again...

Well, this calls for a study on the social effects of non-existant weapons on the disadvantaged. And the hiring of more experts on non-existant weapons to train our customs officials to spot these invisible and cloaked devices at our border.

"john west says... I believe it shoots 12 gauge and has a barrel clip"

you're referring to an assault shotgun here... "the judge" is a combo-revolver that shoots .410 shotgun and .45 calibre pistol.

it was primarily seen as a good snake gun for hikers... before mr. peat tried to turn it into a legendary, or should i say, mythical, gangbanger weapon.

two separate animals.

It should be noted that this revolver weighs a LOT, and makes a big, big bulge at the waist band. Not a concealed weapon by any stretch.

As well, it doesn't fire the dreaded .45 ACP Cartridge 'o Death, which MSM weenies have likened unto the very thunderbolts of Jove. It takes .45 Long Colt, a rimmed cartridge first developed for the -original- Colt .45 waaaaay back in the for-real Wild West single action revolver.

Basically its a monstrosity the size and weight of a clay brick, and about as accurate.

I was quite surprised to see it on the cover of the Toronto Sun, of all things. Just to be perfectly clear, there are no "conservative" media outlets in this country. There is Left, Hard Left and Friggin' glow in the dark Commie incandescent red Left aka the Toronto Red Star.

Don't roll over for a tummy scratch when these cretins throw you a bone. Take their leg!
