Two 14-year-old boy who pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in connection with the fatal assault of a 13-year-old at a California school have been sentenced to probation.
The victim, Diego Stolz, 13, was beaten to death on September 16, 2019, at Landmark Middle School.
Superior Court Judge Roger Luebs warned the boys that if they did not comply with their probation, they would be sent back to juvenile hall.
