Note page 2, top right referencing the Audit Committee ; it leaves one wondering who were doing their jobs if there were supposedly checks and balances aplenty.

Some more deep digging by the school board seems necessary.
Shallow digging could start immediately though by getting the answer to 2 questions.
1) Why didn't someone do something?
and
2) Who is scamming the system?
One phone call by the board's director to the financial arm of the board could produce that info almost immediately if the board really wants it.
Socialists know how to fill each other's pockets courtesy of taxpayers, they can always keep pissing away the money they take from your paycheque.
She had debts of only $31,328 and $1,600 in assets. She had a full time job since 1997 and they let her declare bankruptcy? Man if my debts were only a total of 32G's I'd be dancing in the street.
