Fat and wealthy 'homeless' people in Toronto - there's a problem that's not going away anytime soon.
Actually, it's no 'problem', Mayor Moron's re-election committee recieves almost a quarter of a billion dollars a year to deal with this 'problem' - and that's just this one committee, there are other 'social agencies' that get paid to do the same thing.
