One man was shot dead and three others injured in a 'targeted' attack outside the Stewart Funeral Home in Northeast Washington. The person whose funeral they were attending, Stephon Lamont Carroll, 24, had been shot dead at the end of March, DC Police Chief Robert Contee said.
