Kaveh Lozoomi-Garmroodi, 25, from the Toronto area, Hikomel Gary Joiles, 29, of Toronto, Stephen Richard Parr, 43 of Thunder Bay, and Amy Rose Podnar, 33, of Thunder Bay, have all been charged with the first-degree murder of 21-year-old Samatar Warsame, of Toronto.
