The shooting occurred at 251 Woolner Avenue, near Jane Street and St. Clair Avenue, at about 10:30 p.m.
And the lead just won't stop flyin'...
Toronto police are investigating after a man was shot in the back early today over a fight between two groups of people who wanted the same taxi.

The shooting happened at an after-hours party near Keele Street and Finch Avenue West.
And again...
A drive-by shooting in northwest Toronto has left a 16-year-old boy with serious injuries.

The boy was shot late Sunday afternoon on Bernice Crescent, near the intersection of Scarlett Road and St. Clair Avenue West.
And let's not discount the edged weapons enthusiasts...
Police were notified of an incident that occurred behind the building at 1651 Victoria Park Ave. where they found a man with apparent knife wounds.

Det. Sgt. Joel Kulmatycki told CBC News that the man underwent surgery, but succumbed to his injuries.
If only there was a law... wait a minute...

SO many shootings in Toronto mention that street name,"Jane".

Good Ontario- style solution would be to change the name of the street.

How about "Dalton street"?
