2). Turn victim into a saint.
3). Allow coverage to slowly morph into the issue at the heart of the problem: the larger intolerant society.
4). Somehow blame Tories. Find old clips from the gay-marriage debate.
5). Somehow blame religious groups.
6). Flip coverage to contributing factors from the long-standing neglect of our First Nations, and blame Tories for this as well.
7. Factor in all the 'over representation' of First Nations in prisons.
8. Blame Tories.
