A 22-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly shooting a 19-year-old woman in what police are calling an “unprovoked” attack outside a high-rise building in Etobicoke.

Marvin Hernandez Viera of Toronto is facing 16 charges including attempted murder, aggravated assault, multiple handgun offences and four counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
