It'll be interesting to see who's more flexible... the citizens of Quebec... or the NDP...

unfortunately... as even the pussified canadian media has acknowledged... there's a "culture of corruption" in la belle province that dates back many decades.
which might explain a thing or two about why the "naked jacko" story... didn't even leave a ripple on the surface of the quebec electoral pond.
