Uber-compassionate Canadian Press...

Apparently really, really feels poor ol' Joe Clark's... "alleged non-pain."

"Clark says he had expected the prime minister to be there but understands the unpredictable nature of the job."
But CP, of course... gets inside the former Prime Minister's head, to reveal... he's actually just hiding his bitter, wounded tears.
"He (Clark) swears there are no hard feelings."
There is, of course, only one way to interpret that remark.

That cold, heartless bastard, Stephen Harper.

Just thank your lucky stars for the Canadian Press.

no, no... you're missing the larger issue here.

i just feel fortunate that cp was somehow able to get past joe's denial of his tortured inner-self... to unilaterally reveal his true feelings.

Just for the record let's do some research to find some quotes coming from Joe expressing how he 'really' feels about Stephen Harper.
I appreciate PMSH for not pretending that they are all peachy-cozy.

And what "no hard feelings" was Harper expected to not exhibit when Clark did everything in his power to stop the merger between the Alliance and the PC that led to finally regaining government, even siding with the other side?

Enjoy your picture unvieling, Clark. This is the cap for your perpetual irrelevance.

... Former Conservative Prime Minister Joe Clark ...

Give me a break.
First of all Joe Who is/was a "Progressive" Conservative, a Liberal with a blue tie.
Secondly, he is no more conservative than his buddy P.E.Turdeu.
Nothing more than a stain on the underwear of history.

you really think too much of yourself. if i have something to say to you shithead, i'll use my name.

i don't hide behind silly little nicknames.

check your sitemeter einstein. i'm really not that interested in your cut and paste act, mildly amused at your self-importance but nothing more.

Deny it if you will asshole - YOU DO - PERIOD. You've got more sock puppets than the prop room at Sesame Street.
Personally I'm glad neocon's badgering pissed you off so much. :D Have a shitty day you fucking twit.

HA! These left wing a**holes always try to put on this show of superior indifference.
Hee hee if you're so "above-it-all" and mature then why did you respond?

What a bone-head.

You nailed it neo-con. I don't have ANY use for Clark but to be fair to the man he also was a PM of a minority government and learned the hard way the hazards of the job. So he shrugged it off & said "No hard feelings." Good for him.

Thank you Mr. Clark.

Sooooooo, what's the NEWS story? Uh, there isn't one. It's just a bunch of whining losers at CP who want to create a controversy.

Get lost weasals.

Like the Press Gallery Dinner Harper is not going to be a hypocrit. Why should he hang out and try to play nice with people he despises.
The media laughed at Joe Who with his bony fingers during his whole political career and now they want us to feel sorry for him. Not likely. Any former "Conservative" who says during the election campaign its better to deal with the devil you know (Martin)than the one you don't (Harper) doesn't deserve the time of day of Harper and/or the new Conservative Party. Joe should take his jowls and ride off into the sunset.

Last time I cared what the "mainstream media" had to say was before Al Gore invented the internet.

Since then, only zombies care about what those weasels think.

that's funny, jeffy... your assiduous, almost autistic fixation with my blog... indicates that it's YOU who thinks far too much of me.

otoh... how many times have i linked to, or commented... on your blog?

what's that, jeffy?

speak up... i can't hear you.

Hey, this anon got it - but it would be funny to see Joe sucking on a lollie, it would go with the mittens.... (laughing out loud to myself...)

my blog has been infrequently updated for the last several months, as you know.however, your obsession with my site meter is well-documented.

if it helps you cope with your isolation to believe that i'm actually interested in your ability to navigate to the websites of various news agencies and then reprint what they have already provided, feel free.

your blog doesn't provide insight into anything other than your frail grasp on reality. when it comes to actual issues, you display the same understanding as every other half-wit frothing from the asshole of ignorance.

it's clear that your site meter provides you with a sense of accomplishment. nevermind the fact that is requires you to post dozens of meaningless links all day, everyday. it has become part of your larger illness.

now, think for a moment. since we know how clever you are at pouring over statistics, take at a look the anonymous commentary that you believe is mine. surely you are able to recognize that the comments aren't mine. while the IP addresses
may not be concusive, the meter will provide you with the city.

as you know, i have no difficulty posting under my proper name. why would i leave the rather dull comments you believe are mine anonymously?

Poor little Joe! Quick, someone get him a lollie!

Joe who?...is that guy still hanging around?...geeez.

Joe 'I can't count' Clark???

further, i like and respect joe clark.

think about it doughhead.

now, go wash your face and get back to the serious business of puking up what other's have been paid to write and providing the link.

"jeffy 'bugboy' davidson mewls... you display the same understanding as every other half-wit"

and yet that doesn't stop you from hanging on my every word... and responding constantly to my useless, frothing commentary.

why is that, jeffy?

in the end, you and cc and kevron and ti-guy... are basically all the same person.

c'mon... i'm sure you've got another essay in you this morning.

I'd believe that. Someone this angry would have no problem posting under several names.
