Prime Minister Stephen Harper has announced a 20-year, $30-billion renewal of the Canadian Forces in a broad plan that coalesces several previously announced defence initiatives.I... of course... expect loud, prolonged, derisive noises from the Liberals... you know... the guys who starved our troops of resources AND THEN dropped them into combat in Afghanistan in the first place.
