The former Toronto resident, Mohammed Abdullah Mohammed, 31, armed with a Kalashnikov rifle and a handgun when he was detained on Sunday by the Syrian Democratic Forces allegedly told interrogators he was a Canadian citizen of Ethiopian origin, and a former student at Toronto’s Seneca College.

Trudeau has passed legislation that allows convicted terrorists who are dual nationals to keep their Canadian citizenship. He doesn’t even use the term “terrorist” to describe these militants. In a town hall earlier this year, Trudeau used an obscure euphemism to downplay the threat of ISIS fighters. He calls them "foreign travellers."

At least 60 known terrorists are now roaming around Canada. One returned terrorist openly boasted in a New York Times podcast about the atrocities he carried out for ISIS. He’s now back in Toronto, living with his parents and attending a taxpayer-funded university.

REGINA — Canada’s Minister for Public Safety Ralph Goodale says right-wing, white supremacists and neo-Nazi groups are an increasing concern and threat to Canadians.

Goodale says the federal government is working with Internet providers to eliminate the issue.
