I guess the first two dead kids...

...are deductible...

-- MONTREAL -- Guy Turcotte, the Quebec doctor found not criminally responsible for killing his two young children, is allowed to take unescorted bike rides from a mental hospital, QMI Agency has learned.

He leaves the Pinel institute nearly every day despite the fact a review board and his ex-wife insist he's still dangerous.

Turcotte stabbed five-year-old son Olivier son and three-year-old daughter Anne-Sophie 46 times amid a crumbling marriage in 2009.
Unbelievable.

That man was never insane, just crazy like a fox. What bet he cons his way out of custody and takes off after the ex.

What about the Harper's government tough on crime measures that were promised? Just asking, looking for an answer. I know I'll be a called a "troll liberal" and stuff but just wondering? Seems that if you defend yourself or your home your a criminal and if you kill children you get a chance at freedom and are a victim!

1.) Regarding the good doctor's sentence and day pass: "Quebec est un société distinct."
2.) To nonny: "Harper's government" is despised by PLQ and PQ alike. Which includes any tightening of the Criminal Code. And "Seems that if you defend yourself or your home your[sic] a criminal and if you kill children you get a chance at freedom and are a victim!" - thank you M. Trudeau and welcome to modern liberalism nonny!
