Toronto Homicide Squad rounding up...

...local farmers, duck hunters & target shooters as we speak...all the bad guys

Toronto Police say they responded to a shooting call on Flemington Rd., northwest of Lawrence Ave. W. and Allen Rd., around 9 p.m.

Officers arrived on the residential street and found a male suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.
Not sure exactly how the "professional" journalist came to the conclusion that the decedent was "suffering", well... anything.
The shooting victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His name and age have not yet been released.

No further details were immediately available.
Is this actually news? The absolute absence of detail puts it more in the category of corner store gossip. No wonder the dead tree media is dying.

Hi Halls, Call me crazy (which you have) but I remember the movie "Gangster Squad" was based on a true story or at least inspired by a true story. Post WW2 the mafia was gaining a foothold in L.A. so the chief of police put together a goon squad of cops who, were war veterans, to harass the mafia. The cop goon squad ran the mob outta town. Good story for any true conservative like me.

My point: The police today are too scared and too politically correct to even attempt something similar to what occurred in the said move. Just imagine if for a second that the modern day police put together a goon squad of good ol boys to kick some outlaw biker butt, Montréal mafia or local Islamic cells operating here in Canada? Yeah the hearts would bleed for sure.

It's a shame that the police are too scared to even consider such as move cause in all honestly the cops would be the ones getting their butt kicked. Don't get me wrong we have a comfortable level of police misconduct here in Canada where many many cops have been accused, charged and sometimes convicted of assault on the job.

That's great it's a wonderful thing to see the police use some back ally justice but when they're only beating some pathetic crackhead or homeless drunk then I deduce that the cops are therefore cowards. Sorry.

As for your comment: "professional" journalist using the term "suffering", well Halls that simply a by-product of a university education in journalism, media, literature or some other useless credential offered by some left winged university.

A university education is something that you and I never have to be concerned with eh Halls? Cause I'm a tradesman in Alberta who makes a high six figure income which is a heck of a lot more than any university educated journalist would even dream of. In fact I make more money than many doctors and lawyers and many other so called professionals.

You see Halls you call me crazy and make fun of my unique grammar but we are cut from the same cloth. We don't need lamestream journalism and their sophistication and fancy words do we.

Really. This joke doesn't get old?
The gun registry has been gone for years, you're using a cartoon of a guy who was mayor 2 elections ago and you still think it's a relevant joke? Time to get some new material.

"nonny says... you still think it's a relevant joke?"

read slower.

i don't think it's a joke at all.

find me one farmer, duck hunter or target shooter involved in these murders.

who are the shooters? well, this is canada, we're not supposed to talk about that.
