Right now it is 40-60 for/against. In other words, the obvious 40 are for Harper; the coalition 60 against, mirroring perfectly what we have seen and what we expect. All is right in the universe. :D
I've been clicking that for a few weeks....the number/rate has been exactly the same each time.
