A Toronto lawyer killed in a hit-and-run late Friday afternoon is now believed to have been murdered.
UPDATE: Homicide #57/2020O'Keal Brown, 33, of Toronto, Darlan James, 28, of Toronto and Makeel Christie, 21, of Toronto, were charged with first degree murder.

Anh Thu Chiem, of Toronto, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with Rosen's death.
