Toronto's "Cloak of Invisibility" Killers...

TORONTO • Three men suffered serious injuries after a moving gun battle on Highway 400 South in Toronto on Saturday evening. Police say they were called to a gas station in the city’s north end at about 7 p.m.

The third man was shot in the head and was fighting for his life Saturday night.

Insp. Stacey Davis says police don’t yet have a suspect description.

Toronto man Terrence Agtual, 28, was, as they say, "known to police. Everything from drugs to assault with a weapon, gun offences and two armed robberies."

NEVER A DULL MOMENT:
The SIU says a police cruiser and a minivan were involved in a crash at around 1:30 a.m. in the area of Queen Street West and Vanauley Street, just west of Spadina Avenue.

One man was in his 40s was shot by an officer and taken to a trauma centre.
