Toronto Police say they were called around 2:20 p.m. to an assault on Brunswick Ave. at Harbord St., near Bathurst and Bloor Sts. Julie Berman, 51, of Toronto, was taken via emergency run to hospital but died.Homicide #72.
Colin Harnack, 29, of Toronto, was arrested at the scene.
