Why is no one using the word "CRIMINAL?"
A 21-year-old man, who has not been identified by investigators, now faces a charge of manslaughter. The firearm remains outstanding.Meaning the shooter tossed the gun and won't give it up. Let's add the word "UNREPENTANT" to the mix.
