I have a first-responder friend who is currently in self-quarantine because he reported experiencing bouts of coughing this past week to his boss. Apart from the cough, which he feels could just be allergy-related, he says he is asymptomatic. They told him get tested and get home.

Because he is considered an essential frontline worker, he was told his test for KungFlu was on a "rush" list and that he would get the results back in 24 hours.

That was last Tuesday.

Don't believe anything the politicians or the media are sloshing around out there like it's holy water. The only thing they're interested in saving is their own collective asses.
