Toronto Homicide trotted out Black female Detective Sergeant Tiffany Castell to say that the dozens of witnesses present at the murder won't talk to police, but that, for some unexplained reason, 'she has faith' in the 'citizens of Toronto.
The big news is apparently the victim's name, which I provided here five days ago.
