Swedish Police have shot and arrested a man in his 20’s after he attacked several people in the southern Swedish town of Vetlanda with a ax just before 3pm on Wednesday.

According to Swedish New Agency, Expressen the attacker is a 22-year-old Afghan citizen who has previously been convicted of drug offenses.UPDATE2:
"Police say investigations are ongoing into whether there is a terror motive linked with the attack. This is at odds with prosecutors, who earlier said terrorism had been ruled out."I'm thinking the 90-day grenade amnesty should have been a tip-off.
