Locals from Tumbler Ridge (at least 2 individuals) are claiming that the shooter was a trans identified male. For what it's worth, an RCMP officer taking questions onsite referred to the killer as the 'gunperson.'
Police say they have identified the shooter, but are not prepared to release that information yet.
