Notorious northwest end of Toronto...

...coughs up another two murderers...most wanted
On Thursday, investigators said 19-year-old Jahnoye Carpenter, of Toronto, and a 16-year-old boy, who cannot be identified under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, had been arrested in connection with this case.

Both males have been charged with second-degree murder and arson to property.

Prosecutor Liz Nadeau challenged Jermaine Dunkley, who performs as rapper J Noble, on the meaning of one of his lyrics, which the Crown alleges is an instruction to kill his brother’s assassin “on sight.”

Dunkley testified the lyric did not mean shooting someone, rather it was telling whoever killed Ricky that it’s highly likely there would be an altercation and that he would “punch” him.

A man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for the murder of 30-year-old Dorren Campbell, in Mississauga earlier this month has surrendered to police. At the time of the fatal shooting, Richard Chambers was wanted on another Canada-wide arrest warrant for his alleged role in a separate shooting.
Black Lives Matters Toronto was apparently unavailable for comment.
