I am happy to report.that...

...absolutely no one was murdered in my rural neighbourhood over the weekend.... unfortunately not every Canadian city can say the same...murdered
TORONTO - Toronto Police are hunting two suspects after the body of a man who had been shot was discovered in a BMW.

Bryan Agyei, 22, of Brampton, was pronounced dead after officers were called to Scarlettwoods Court, in the Scarlett Rd.-Eglinton Ave. W., area, around 11:30 p.m. Sunday.
Lest you imagine the violence was confined to Toronto's west end...murderer
Officers arrived on scene near St. Clair Avenue and Pharmacy Avenue around 1:15 p.m. on Saturday.

Shafaq Joya, 30, of Toronto, will appear in court on Monday.
Remember back when you were a kid... and bodies were dropping all around you? Yeah, me neither.
Shocking numbers released by Toronto police show 2016 is off to a violent start.

The number of shootings in January has doubled what they were at the same time last year, and are nearly three times higher than in the first month of 2013.

UPDATE: The body count grows

Three murdered in four days...three bodies dropped
The 29-year-old had grabbed a snack before his night shift at the local Wal-Mart. Around 10 p.m. he stepped outside, where two men were waiting for him. He was putting on a pair of headphones when the fatal bullet struck the back of his head.
Seriously... get out while you still can.
