C'mon Jack... be more like Iggy

Just force all those back-bench chimps to vote YOUR conscience...
free will my arse
A dozen NDP MPs voted in favour of scrapping the registry when Hoeppner's bill came up for second reading last November.

Eight Liberal MPs also voted with the Tories at second reading, but Ignatieff is promising that his caucus will vote against the bill this time.
That's a funny sort of democracy... where you get to ignore the wishes of your constituents.

-- WINNIPEG -- A 19-year-old man was out on probation and already being sought by police for a domestic assault when he allegedly doused a Winnipeg man with a flammable liquid and set him on fire in a horrific incident late Friday.

“His dad said he’s unrecognizable. He’s got no face,” said Joyce Spilchuk, Dumas’ aunt. “He’s alert but he can’t talk, he’s got no tongue. His tongue burned off,” his sister, Charlene Dumas, said.

Genaille is charged with aggravated assault, robbery with violence and two counts of breach of probation in connection with Friday’s incident, and assault causing bodily harm and two probation breaches for the domestic assault.
Breach of probation?!?!

Only in Canuckistan.
