Bright lights, big city...

...never a dull moment...
-- TORONTO -- Investigators are trying to determine whether the shooting had anything to do with an earlier, nearby dispute that involved a woman being punched in the face.

While no arrests were made in connection to the assault by the time of the shooting, the preliminary investigation was just winding down when the bullets flew, Scriven said.
Another wonderful Hogtown moment.

...stay for the gunfight...
A man was inside a northwest Toronto restaurant when someone walked through the front door, grabbed him and shot him late Sunday night, police said.

The victim was at a Middle Eastern cuisine restaurant on Plunkett Rd., southeast of Islington and Steeles Aves., when the shooter walked in, "grabbed the victim and shot him once" in the shoulder just after 11:30 p.m., Toronto Police Const. Tony Vella said Monday.
Simply amazing.
