-- GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba -- Charges against Omar Khadr were dismissed Monday by a military judge who ruled that his tribunal had no jurisdiction to try the alleged terrorist because the government had failed to designate him an "unlawful enemy combatant."

Omar Khadr was just 15 years old when he was captured in Afghanistan.

He appeared in court charged with murder, attempted murder, conspiracy and providing support for terrorism.

Speaking of 15 year old killers
A teenage boy was fleeing city police in a stolen car when he slammed into the taxi carrying two teenage girls. The boy, Chevon Josephs, 15, and one of the two taxi passengers, Monique McKnight, 16, were killed instantly.

McKnight's best friend, Aleisha Ashley, suffered serious brain injuries and was pronounced dead in hospital Sunday evening.
