Residents in the area told CityNews they heard at least a dozen shots fired inside the restaurant. A suspect fled the scene on foot. No description has been released." --
UPDATE: TORONTO HOMICIDE #42/2023 -- "Witnesses who spoke to CTV News Toronto said the victims were inside the Royal Caribbean Café when the suspect approached and opened fire." --
