Peel Regional Police recovered 78 vehicles allegedly en route to the Middle East after a months-long investigation into an auto theft ring in the Greater Toronto Area. They arrested 29-year-old Imad Assi, 29-year-old Altayab Brafcany, 44-year-old Re’Fat Faris Mustafa Khatabeh, and 48-year-old Michael Zureiqat. The stolen vehicles were on their way to the United Arab Emirates.
