THE CBC IS AT IT AGAIN... AND THIS TIME, THEY'RE COMING FOR YOUR KIDS

TALK ABOUT FLOGGING A DISCREDITED DEAD HORSE...insert alt text here
-- "The show was written and solely performed by Toronto's Makambe K. Simamba and 'INSPIRED BY' the shooting death of African-American teen Trayvon Martin in Florida in 2012. Simamba's play 'IMAGINES' the afterlife of the teen, who is introduced to the audience as Slim. Close to the end of the play, Slim lists dozens of people who have been victims of white supremacy or police brutality, with some even dating back to the 1800s." --

Remember... the words 'inspired by', means ol' Makambe got to make up this shit as he goes.

ARE YOU WILLING TO LOOK THIS THING IN THE EYE?

-- "In this stunning work of investigative journalism, filmmaker Joel Gilbert uncovers the true story of the shooting of Trayvon Martin, a case that divided America. By examining Trayvon’s 750-page phone records, Gilbert discovers that Rachel Jeantel, the key witness whose testimony led to the prosecution of George Zimmerman, was a fraud. He then exposes in detail the most consequential hoax in recent judicial history and reveals how The Trayvon Hoax was ground zero for the downward spiral of race relations in America." --

Come... time travel with me.

AFTERTHOUGHT:   Hey, Makambe... I've got your next play...
