Brusca committed or ordered more than 150 murders and ordered the strangling of a 14 year-old boy."
Abigail Shrier tells Ben Domenech that if the Equality Act passes Congress, biological male inmates will be able to transfer to female prisons with “no hormones or surgery required.”
Shrier, who spoke with women housed in the high security Central California Women's Facility, said that inmates are "terrified."
