London police have arrested two men and launched a murder investigation after a man was fatally stabbed at a vigil for another stabbing victim.

Toronto Police are looking for help finding two men who attacked a man and car with baseball bats in the area of Yonge St. and Steeles Ave. The victim tried to flee but was chased and caught.
The men struck him “numerous times” with the bats, police say.
