A 24-year-old woman is sought for Wednesday morning’s deadly stabbing of another woman at a downtown intersection. Tara Morton, 41, has been identified as the city’s 46th homicide victim of the year.
UPDATE: Stabber has been arrested
"On Friday, August 28, 2020, at 9:09 p.m., the suspect in this investigation, Oleesiea Langdon, 24, attended 51 Division and turned herself into investigators. She has been charged with Second Degree Murder."
MEANWHILE BACK AT THE RANCH:Officers were called to a building in the Lawrence Avenue and Orton Park area just after 3:30 p.m., for reports of shots fired inside the lobby. Police located a victim when they arrived.
Several suspects were seen running away from the scene, but police have not released any descriptions.
