A Kingston, Ont., teenager facing four terrorism charges plans to enter a guilty plea in two weeks when an agreed statement of facts will be presented, court heard Tuesday. The case, however, was always veiled and a bit odd.

The RCMP refused to hint at what sort of ideology the accused allegedly tilted towards.

“The individual identified, expressed capacity and capability and intent but to specific ideology, I can’t comment on that.”
