Prince Andrew has “completely shut the door on voluntary cooperation” with federal prosecutors in New York who are investigating Jeffrey Epstein, U.S. Attorney Geoff Berman said Monday.
Prince Andrew's barrister and Buckingham Palace declined to comment.
